- Yes, please note that the frypan can be hand washed, it is not required to be put into a dishwasher. The control probe will need to be removed prior to washing the frypan, please allow the pan to completely dry out with the probe socket facing down to allow all the water to drain out.
- With the lid in place, the frypan can be used as an oven, giving you the versatility to bake cakes and roast larger pieces of meat. The lid also retains heat and moisture when simmering foods such as casseroles.
- No, it is recommended not to use metal utensils as these will scratch and damage the non-stick cooking surface. Only using heat-proof plastic or wooden utensils to stir food.
