FAQs
- Check if the unit is plugged in and power is on. Check if the controller connector is fully inserted in the socket. If the LEDs remain off, remove the controller plug from the socket and contact the customer service.
- Turn the controller off and remove the plug from the socket. Check that the controller connector is fully inserted in the heating pad and reinsert the plug in the socket. If the standby LED continues to flash, contact customer service.
- No. The heating pad is not designed for users to use in the case where they’re likely to fall asleep. Please do not use the heating pad in this case.
- The darker grey side is designed for comfortable body contact. This is indicated by the red-coloured tag on the products which shows “BODY SIDE”. There is no “top” or “bottom” to the product – it can be worn whichever way round is most comfortable for you.
- All Sunbeam heating pads are machine washable. Simply detach the controller and the Velcro Strap, and place the heating pad in the washing machine.
- For HPB5400 the highest heat setting is 5. The highest heat setting is designed for fast heat-up only, it will automatically jump to the highest setting when the product is turned on. Please select and change to your desired heat setting after the pad is heated up.
