Winning Combination Loaded Party Pies Recipe - pair me with sausage rolls.

Ingredients

  • 16 mini frozen meat pies
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs cream
  • 4 Tbs tomato chutney
  • 4 rashers bacon

Method

  1. Set TEMPERATURE to 160oc on the SUNBEAM MULTI FUNCTION OVEN + AIR FRYER to CONVECTION function. Line bake tray with baking paper, place pies on tray, set TIME for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return to saucepan, add garlic powder, butter and cream and mash or blend peas with stick blender. Set aside.
  3. On medium heat, in a non-stick fry pan, add oil and preheat, brown bacon. Set aside on absorbent paper. Cut into 16 pieces.
  4. Serve pies, with a spoonful of tomato chutney, topped with mash peas and a piece of bacon.
