- Remove the rind from the ham and stud with cloves.
- Place Guinness, Dijon, brown sugar and maple syrup into a jug and whisk, pour into the Sunbeam Sear n Slow Cooker.
- Add the star anise, cinnamon and ham. Set the Sunbeam Sear n Slow Cooker to SLOW cook LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Brush with glaze every 25 minutes.
Keep your cool in the kitchen Christmas Day and switch off the oven. Let the Sunbeam Sear and Slow cooker take the heat instead.
