  • ¼ cup yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tbsp. chia
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Juice of ½ lemon


  1. Place all ingredients into the blender jug. Secure lid.
  2. Place the jug onto the motor base and push the Arm Lock down.
  3. Press the power button on and turn the seal selectoron the jug lid to Vacuum Blend position.
  4. Press Vac + blend (auto) button
  5. Select Smoothie Function and press START/STOP button.The blender will stop automatically when blending is complete.
  6. Once complete, lift the Arm Lock and push downon the seal selector to release air.
