Deconstructed Oreo Cheesecake

  • 1 x banana, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 10 Oreo biscuits
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 cup caramel filling
  • ½ cup milo or drinking chocolate powder for garnish


  1. Using the Sunbeam Stick Mixer wand, mash the banana until smooth.  Set to one side.
  2. Attach whisk attachment to the Stick Mixer and whip the cream until soft peaks form.  Fold the banana and cream together.  Set to one side in the refrigerator.
  3. Using the chopper bowl attachment of the Stick Mixer, process the Oreo’s until a fine crumb, remove and set to one side.
  4. Place the cream cheese and the caramel filling into the clean chopper bowl of the Stick Mixer and process until well combined.
  5. Construction – Place the Oreo crumb base first onto the base of a glass or bowl, top with a spoonful of the cream cheese mix followed with a dollop of the banana cream.  Garnish with a sprinkling of milo.
