Cooking time25 minutes
Serves6 - 8

  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¾ cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup banana flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

Tip: Banana Flour can be made by dehydrating thin slices of unripened bananas (follow dehydrator instructions for a guide) and blending using the Sunbeam High Performance Power Blender on high  until fine flour consistency is achieved.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Using a Sunbeam Hand Held Mixer, beat the honey and coconut oil in a bowl on medium speed until well blended.
  3. On low speed, add in the banana flour and cocoa powder, mix until combined.
  4. Continuing on low speed, add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
  5. Pour the batter into a 9 x13 inch baking pan that's been greased and lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow brownies to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
