Choc-Cherry Pudding Slow Cooked

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour

1⁄3 cup cocoa

1 cup caster sugar

200g unsalted butter, melted

1 cup milk

2 eggs
-
200g glace cherries
-
½ cup choc-chips
-
Ice-cream, to serve

For the topping:

1⁄3 cup cocoa
-
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar

4 cups boiling water
Method
- Combine flour, cocoa and sugar in a large bowl. Add combined butter, milk and eggs; stir until smooth. Pour mixture into the Slow Cooker pan. Sprinkle cherries and choc-chips evenly over the surface.

To make the topping, combine the cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the surface. Gently pour the boiling water over the mixture.

Using a slow cooker, cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.

Serve hot, with ice cream.
