Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Place the lid securely onto the jug.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 1 minute or until ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Pour into glasses and add additional honey to sweeten if desired.
