Enjoy the crispy texture of your favourite fried foods the healthy way with the Sunbeam Digital Copper Infused DURACERAMIC® Air Fryer. It cooks food using just a tablespoon or less of oil, giving you the same crunch but with less calories. Simply place food in the large 4L capacity air fryer and choose out of 7 meal pre sets (chicken, meat, fish, dessert, veggies, fries and prawns). It fits a 1kg bag of shoestring fries, 1kg chicken and a standard size ca e (23cm bake tin). The unique, innovative non-stick coating is designed for durability, and will not flake or peel. Plus, it is PFOA and PTFE free.

FAQs
- Make sure the basket is inserted properly. Ensure it clicks into the closed position.
- Make sure the timer is set. Turn the timer dial on the control panel to set the time.
- There may be too much food in inner bowl. Try removing some food from the bowl and cook in smaller batches.
- Sometimes the potatoes have too much starch in them. Wash potatoes thoroughly and dry before frying. Also, old potatoes may not crisp properly. Make sure you use fresh potatoes and cut potatoes into smaller pieces. Also, you can try adding slightly more oil as it will help to improce the crispiness of the potatoes.
- Shake the chips halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- E01, E02 or E03 Turn off and unplug the air fryer from the power point, wait 5 minutes before plugging back in. If the display still shows E01, please contact our customer care team at 1300 881 861 (8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday). E04 Turn off and unplug the air fryer, allow the air fryer to return to room temperature before plugging back in. If the display still shows E04, please contact our customer care team at 1300 881 861 (8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday).
Seasoning your DuraCeramic coating will help you get superior food release and easy clean-up. Follow these steps to season your air fryer.
Spread 1 tablespoon of canola or vegetable oil onto the base and sides of the basket with a paper towel or soft cloth to evenly coat the cooking surface. Heat on 150°C for 10 minutes or until the basket starts to smoke.
Turn the air fryer off. Let it cool down to room temperature and wipe away excess oil. Do not wash.
Repeat the seasoning process regularly for optimum performance.
