For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • Small selection of left-over roast dinner foods
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Softened butter
  • Condiment of your choice – mustard, horseradish, cranberry or mint sauce.
  • Sliced cheese, approx 30g
  • Gravy for dipping

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack Press & Grill.

Step 2:

Cut up the left over roast dinner foods.

Step 3:

Butter both bread slices on 1 side only. 

Step 4:

Assemble your sandwich by spreading the condiment of your choice, on the unbuttered side of 1 slice of bread. 

Step 5:

Arrange the left overs on top and finish with the sliced cheese. 

Step 6:

Top with the remaining bread slice (buttered side to the outside) on top. Place into the hot Mini Snack Press & Gill and close the lid. 

Step 7:

Cook for approx 6 - 7 minutes, until golden and piping hot. Cut into quarters and eat dipped into the gravy pot.
