For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 4 slices of sliced white bread
  • Spreadable butter
  • 80g mature Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 2 heaped tbsp kimchee
  • Basil leaves

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Butter all 4 slices of the bread on 1 side only.

Step 3:

Turn this over so that the butter is on the outside of the bread and build your sandwiches, adding the sliced cheddar, kimchee and a couple of pieces of torn basil.

Step 4:

Add the remaining bread slice, buttered side to the outside.

Step 5:

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 6:

Place 1 of the sandwiches into the hot Mini Snack and close the lid, cook for approx 4-5 minutes until golden and piping hot inside.

Step 7:

Assemble the remaining sandwich and repeat the cooking process.
