Ingredients:
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Ground black pepper
- ½ tbsp oil
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Remove any packaging from the chicken and pat dry all over. Place the chicken onto a board or a dinner plate.
Step 2:
Crumble the stock cube into a small bowl. Add the oregano, paprika, pepper and oil and mix to a paste.
Step 3:
Add half of the paste to the breast side of the chicken and legs, rubbing this well in as you go using your hands. Turn over the chicken and repeat with the remaining paste.
Step 4:
Place into your air fryer drawer breast side down.
Step 5:
Ensure the water tank is full and your drip tray is empty before cooking. Cook on Steam Fry for 70 minutes, turning over half way through.
Step 6:
Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove the chicken from the drawer and sit on a clean dinner plate, loosely covered in foil for 10 minutes to rest before serving.
