For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam.
You will need:
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 x 400g scotch fillet steaks
- Olive oil, salt and black pepper
- 2 large bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup storebought bechamel sauce
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley, to garnish (optional)
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place into the Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer. Select STEAM and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 2:
While the cauliflower is cooking, in a small bowl, combine the steaks with a generous pinch of salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss well to coat and refrigerate until needed.
Step 3:
When the cauliflower is finished, transfer to a small baking dish (20cm x round or square dish works well). Mix half of the cheese into the bechamel sauce and spoon over the warm cauliflower. Mix the remaining cheese into the breadcrumbs before sprinkling on top, drizzle with a little olive oil. Place into the air fryer drawer and select AIR FRY. Cook for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Step 4:
Remove the cauliflower cheese and allow to rest, then place the steaks and asparagus into the air fryer. Select AIR FRY. Cook for 15 minutes at 200°C. Allow steaks to rest, then slice.
Step 5:
Divide cauliflower cheese, steak and asparagus between plates. Sprinkle with parsley.
