For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 2 medium eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30g grated cheese
  • Small handful of spinach leaves
  • Vegetable oil for brushing

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 2:

 Brush the plates with a little vegetable oil and pre-heat the Mini Snack Press & Grill. 

Step 3:

Spoon in the mixture and close the lid. 

Step 4:

Cook for approx 3 minutes before opening the lid and removing the omelette. Delicious eaten warm.
