Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop coffee grounds (if using Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine add coffee grounds to the ICE side of the scoop )
  • Water, for the coffee
  • Ice
  • 1 scoop Squeezy Caramel
  • 1 scoop milk (if using Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine pour milk up to the LATTE line in the frother)
  • Generous pinch of salt
  • Ice cream, to serve
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling
  • 1 piece of caramel fudge for decoration (optional)

 


Let's make it:

Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine
Step 1:

Add water and coffee grounds to the Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine and switch on.

Step 2:

While the water is heating, combine the caramel, milk and salt in the iced coffee tumbler. Fill the tumbler with ice to the indicated line.

Step 3:

Place the tumbler under the coffee maker and brew the hot coffee over the ice and caramel milk.

Step 4:

Top with ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and decorate with a piece of caramel fudge!

Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine
Step 1:

Add water and coffee grounds to the Sunbeam Iced + Hot Coffee Machine and switch on.

Step 2:

Combine the caramel, milk and salt in the frother and press COLD FOAM. Fill the tumbler with ice.

Step 3:

Place the tumbler under the spout and select OVER ICE over the ice and pour caramel milk over the coffee.

Step 4:

Top with ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and decorate with a piece of caramel fudge!
