For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam.

You will need:

  • 50g Prosciutto
  • 200g Brussel Sprouts
  • 40g Red Onion
  • 3g Minced Garlic
  • 5g Lemon Zest
  • 20g Unsalted Almonds - Skin On
  • 30ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 10g Honey
  • 50g Kale

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Remove the stems from the Brussel sprouts and cut into quarters. Add to the Sunbeam SteamFry Air Fryer + Steam basket. Set to STEAM and adjust temperature to 180ºC. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2:

Slice the onion and prosciutto and add to a bowl with the garlic, lemon zest, chopped almonds, balsamic and melted honey. Toss to coat.

Step 3:

Add to the Sunbeam SteamFry basket. Set to 200ºC on STEAM FRY setting. Cook for 6 minutes then add chopped kale and toss to combine. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until kale is slightly crispy. Transfer to a bowl to serve.
