You will need:

  • 2½ cups plain flour
  • 2 tsp dried yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 155g tomato pizza sauce
  • 14 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 14 baby bocconcini, torn
  • 14 green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 14 baby basil leaves

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Combine flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add water and oil and turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap, and stand in a warm place for 45 mins until dough has doubled in size.

Step 2:

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 14 balls.

Step 3:

With a rolling pin roll out pizza into 1 cm thick rounds.

Step 4:

Place pizza dough in each Sunbeam Pie Magic® dish and add 1 tablespoon of tomato pizza sauce, top with mushrooms, olives and cheese.

Step 5:

Close lid and turn on, cook for 12 - 15 mins.

Step 6:

Carefully remove and garnish with fresh basil leaves and repeat with remaining pizza dough.
