Ingredients:

  • 120g Chicken Breast (weighed raw)
  • 150g Sweet Potato
  • 100g Broccolini
  • 20g Basil Pesto
  • 1 Lemon Wedge

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Air Fryer setting and heat to 180°C.

Step 2:

Dice the potato. Season with salt and pepper and place in the mesh tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the Sunbeam Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes or until softened.

Step 3:

Dice the chicken and coat it in the pesto. Remove the tray from the Sunbeam Airfryer and add the chicken to the tray with the chopped broccoli.

Step 4:

Return the tray to the Sunbeam Air Fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken and vegetables are cooked. Serve with the lemon wedge.
