Browning Setting
- Medium or medium high
You will need:
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 taco mix packet
- Serve with sour cream, black beans, tomato, red onion, coriander and chilli
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Preheat the Sunbeam waffle maker by plugging it in and selecting your shade preference.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and taco mix.
Step 3:
Whisk together egg and milk. Pour egg mixture over dry ingredients and whisk, stopping when ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix. Stir in melted butter.
Step 4:
Fill the cup measure to the top with batter and carefully pour into the top of the machine.
Step 5:
Once the waffle is cooked, serve with sour cream, black beans, tomato, red onion, coriander and chilli.
