For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 50g mushrooms, wiped and sliced
  • Olive oil
  • ½ tsp butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Add approximately 1 tsp olive oil to the bottom plate of your snack maker and brush a little onto the top plate.

Step 3:

Add the sliced mushrooms and close the lid. Cook for 1 minute, open the lid and stir.

Step 4:

Add in a little salt and pepper, close the lid and cook again for approx 1 minute until cooked.

Step 5:

Open the lid and pour in the beaten egg, sprinkle over the chives, close the lid and cook for approx 1-2 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
