You will need:
- 20g Milk Chocolate Melts
- 10g Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 15g Plain Flour
- 2g Cacao Powder
Let's make it:
Step 1:
Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Bake setting and heat to 180°C.
Step 2:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until melted. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 3:
Whisk all remaining ingredients into the chocolate and pour into an oven-proof ramekin. Bake on the bottom shelf of the Sunbeam for 6-8 minutes or until the top is set and the inside is still wobbly.
