You will need:

  • 30g Dates
  • 15g 50% Less Fat Butter
  • 10g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg White
  • 15g Low Carb Self Raising Flour
  • 20ml Natvia Zero Sugar Topping - Salted Caramel

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Set the Sunbeam 4-in-1 Air Fryer + Oven to Baking setting and heat to 160°C.

Step 2:

Place the dates in a bowl with bi-carb soda and cover with boiling water. Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes or until the dates have softened. Mash with a fork.

Step 3:

Whisk together softened butter, brown sugar and egg white. Pour into the dates and stir to combine. Add the flour and stir until combined.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into a lined oven-proof ramekin and place on the bottom shelf of the oven . Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with caramel topping.
