For this recipe you will need a feuille guitare, i.e. a sheet of thick foodsafe plastic that makes it easy to work with melted chocolate. Use baking paper if unavailable.
You will need:
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 165ml can of coconut milk
Let's make it:
Step 1:
In the Sunbeam Mixmaster® HeatSoft™ Planetary Mixer, attach the scraper beater and fit the Heatsplash™ guard onto the bowl.
Step 2:
Add all the ingredients in the bowl, turn on HeatSoft™ and select MELT. Mixing on low speed then gradually increasing to speed 6 until the ingredients melt together and the mixture becomes smooth. Turn off HeatSoft™.
Step 3:
Serve with chicken or vegetable skewers for a starter or party nibble. Kids love it too!
