For this recipe you'll need a Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven.

Ingredients:

  • 300g cooked diced chicken
  • 250g cooked rice (or a sachet of ready cooked rice)
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 200g frozen vegetables (we used peas and sweetcorn)
  • 4 spring onions, sliced (reserve a few for garnish)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

To serve – toasted sesame seeds, chili sauce and spring onions.


Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Step 2:

Remove the air flow tray from 1 of the baskets.

Step 3:

Tip the mixed rice into the basket.

Step 4:

Select Air Fry 180°C for 20 minutes.

Step 5:

Stir or shake a few times during cooking.

Step 6:

To serve, pile into a couple of bowls, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, adding a dash of chilli sauce and the reserved spring onions.
