Fragrant coconut rice made in Sunbeam's pressure cooker with jasmine rice and kaffir lime leaves, the perfect side for curries, stews and ribs.

You will need:

  • 2 cups jasmine rice, well-rinsed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 400ml can coconut cream
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place all ingredients in the cooking pot.

Step 2:

Secure the lid ensuring the steam release dial is in the ‘seal’ (closed) position. Press RICE/GRAINS and adjust the time to 10 minutes, then press START/STOP.

Step 3:
Once the cooking process is complete, release the pressure and serve.
