For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 50g softened butter
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 35g self raising flour
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk chocolate chips
  • Splash of milk
  • 2 sheets baking parchment paper 11cm x 11cm

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips into a mini chopper, or a bowl with a hand mixer and whizz to a cake batter.

Step 2:

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 3:

Heat up the Mini Snack.

Step 4:

Place a piece of the parchment paper over the bottom plate.

Step 5:

Spoon in the cake mixture, spreading this out to all 4 corners, cover with the remaining parchment paper, then close the lid.

Step 6:

Allow to cook for 6-7 minutes, before carefully removing.

Step 7:

Dust with a little icing sugar and eat on the go.

Step 8:

Alternatively, you can top with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce for a quick dessert.
