For this recipe, you'll need a Sunbeam Mini Snack Press & Grill.

You will need:

  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • Softened butter
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cooked chicken shawarma thigh, shredded
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, diced cucumber, red onion and tzatziki to serve

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Preheat your Mini Snack.

Step 2:

Butter the bread on 1 side only, these will be the outside of your sandwiches.

Step 3:

Add the sliced mozzarella, shredded chicken and sriracha (to taste) to 2 of the unbuttered bread sides.

Step 4:

Top with the remaining bread slices.

Step 5:

Toast each sandwich for approx 4-5 minutes until golden.

Step 6:

Serve with the side salad, drizzled with tzatziki.
