You will need:

  • 4 beef short ribs
  • 1 cup good quality barbecue sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoky paprika
  • 30g butter
  • Mashed potato, to serve
  • Finely chopped parsley, to garnish

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Pour barbecue sauce into Slow Cooker and add garlic and paprika. Whisk to combine and add beef ribs. Turn to coat in sauce, and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours.

Step 2:

When cook time has elapsed, gently remove beef ribs from the Slow Cooker and serve on mashed potato. Drizzle with sauce from the crock and scatter over finely chopped parsley.
