You will need:

  • 2L chicken stock
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 3 cm ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 750g frozen dumplings
  • 550g fresh udon noodles
  • 1 bunch Chinese spinach, washed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • Soy sauce and dried chilli flakes

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Pour stock, garlic and ginger into Pressure Multicooker. Cover with lid. Select SIMMER and adjust time to 5 minutes. Press START/STOP.

Step 2:

Once stock is boiling add frozen dumplings, cover with glass lid and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 3:

Add noodles and spinach and cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce.

Step 4:

Serve with optional extra soy sauce and dried chilli flakes.
