You will need:

  • 500g dark chocolate buttons
  • 395g tin of condensed milk

Let's make it:

Step 1:

Place all ingredients into the Sunbeam Mixmaster® HeatSoft™ Planetary Mixer. Add the scraper beater and HeatSplash™ guard.

Step 2:

Turn on HeatSoft™, select MELT, then mix on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to break up the chocolate. While the chocolate is melting, line a square baking tin with baking paper.

Step 3:

Melt for 4-5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and glossy. Turn off HeatSoft™.

Step 4:

Pour the fudge mixture into the baking tin and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until set.

Step 5:

Cut into squares to serve.
