Winning Combinations Loaded Italian Garlic Bread Recipe - pair me with Supreme Pizza.

  • 155g bacon, diced
  • 2 medium size French stick/baguettes
  • 50g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Garnish with fresh baby basil leaves and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper


  1. Set oven TEMPERATURE to 200oc on the SUNBEAM MULTI FUNCTION OVEN + AIR FRYER and select the CONVECTION function. Line bake tray with baking paper.
  2. In a non-stick fry pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, place on absorbent paper.
  3. Cut an incision in the French stick lengthways, without cutting all the way through.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, oregano and basil until well blended.
  5. Place French stick on the baking tray and spread garlic butter inside the French stick. With any remaining butter, spread on the top and sides of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle bacon and tomato in the slice and top with mozzarella cheese and chilli flakes.
  7. Set TIME for 15 minutes and bake until bread is golden, and cheese has melted.
