Winning Combinations Loaded Chilli Bean Hot Dogs Recipe - pair me with loaded 'Burger' Fries.

  • 400g tin cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp taco season mix
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli
  • 6 frankfurts
  • 6 hot dog rolls, sliced lengthways ¾ of the way
  • 6 Tbs tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbs sour cream
  • Garnish with coriander leaves


  1. Set oven TEMPERATURE at 180oc on the SUNBEAM MULTI FUNCTION OVEN + AIR FRYER and select CONVECTION function. Line bake tray with baking paper. 
  2. Over medium heat, place beans, tomato, taco seasoning and chilli, in a non-stick saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mash avocado and lemon juice and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  4. Follow packet instructions and boil or microwave Frankfurts.
  5. Place hot dog rolls on tray. Spread tomato sauce inside rolls, top with Frankfurts, chilli beans and cheese. Place in oven.
  6. Set TIME for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven.
  7. Load hotdogs with avocado and sour cream, garnish with coriander leaves.
