Winning Combinations Loaded 'Burger' Fries Recipe - pair me with loaded Chilli Bean Hot Dogs.

  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 Tbs caramalised onions
  • 1 kg thick frozen chips
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbs American mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles


  1. Set oven TEMPERATURE to 220oc on the SUNBEAM MULTI FUNCTION OVEN + AIR FRYER and select AIR FRY function. Line the bake tray with baking paper. 
  2. Place chips on tray and set TIME for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a non-stick fry pan over medium heat, preheat oil and cook mince until brown, add caramalised onion and cook for a further 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, tomato sauce and American mustard.
  5. Place ¾ of the sauce on the baked chips, with the cheese. Change the oven setting to GRILL and TEMPERATURE to 230oc. Grill chips until cheese has melted.
  6. Top with remaining sauce, onions and pickles.
