Winning Combination Loaded Asian Wedges Recipe - pair me with soy chicken wings.

  • 750g potato wedges
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs Hoisin sauce
  • 1½ tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • ¼ bunch mint
  • ¼ bunch coriander
  • 1 long red chilli, sliced
  • ¼ cup peanuts, chopped


  1. Set oven TEMPERATURE to 230oc on the SUNBEAM MULTI FUNCTION OVEN + AIR FRYER and select the AIR FRY function. Line bake tray with baking paper. 
  2. Place wedges on tray and set TIME for 25 minutes, or cook until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Hoisin and Sriracha.
  4. Load wedges with sauce and top with spring onions, mint, coriander, chilli and nuts.
