4 slices sourdough bread
2 tbs sundried tomato pesto
2 pieces marinated red capsicum
1 tomato, sliced
100g buffalo mozzarella cheese, sliced
Handful basil leaves
1. Turn grill on and pre heat for 3-4 mins.
2. Top buttered bread with pesto, capsicum, tomato, mozzarella and basil, and add bread slice on top.
3. Close lid and grill for about 5-6 mins until golden brown.
