HOW TO CLAIM:

Purchase an eligible Sunbeam iron between 01.03.17 and 31.12.17.Use your eligible Sunbeam Iron for up to 101 days after date of purchasein the recommend manner. If you are not entirely satisfied with theperformance of your iron:

1. Complete this form (also available to download at www.sunbeam.co.nz/101), including why you are returning the product.

2. Send completed form along with your eligible Sunbeam product with allcomponents and in the original packaging AND your original purchasereceipt (please retain a copy of the receipt for your records) to:

Terms & Conditions

1)      Information on how to claim and the gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

2)      Promotion commences on 01.03.17 and ends for purchases at close of business on 31.12.17 ("Promotional Period"). Final claims must be received by last mail 15.01.18. Offer only applies to the following Sunbeam irons (“Eligible Sunbeam Product”):  SR6250, SR6550, SR6575, SR6585, SR6650, SR6800, SR6575, SR6851, SR7001.

3)      Claims are only open to NZ residents aged 18 years or over.

4)      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5)      To be eligible to claim, Claimants must, during the Promotional Period, (a)purchase an Eligible Sunbeam Product as listed in Clause 2  from any participating retailer nationally or via a national participating retailer’s online store (“Qualifying Purchase”) and (b) retain both the original receipt, all product components and (c) original Sunbeam packaging. (d) The completed coffer form must be submitted within one hundred and one 101) days of the purchase date as stated on the purchase receipt.(e) The Eligible Sunbeam Product must have been used in the recommended manner and the determination of what constitutes use in the recommended manner is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

6)      Internet sales via third party Internet sale sites and auctions sites, including but not limited to eBay are excluded from this offer

7)      To claim, claimants must obtain and complete the official claim for in full (available from participating retailers nationally or available to download from www.sunbeam.com.au/moneybackguarantee and mail the completed claim form along with the eligible Sunbeam Product with all components and in the original packaging along with the original purchase receipt to: Sunbeam 101 Day Money Back Guarantee C/- Contract Logistics, 2 Geoffrey Roberts Road, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.

8)     Every valid claim submitted in accordance to these Terms and Conditions will receive a refund in the form of a cheque. The total value of the cheque received will be based on the full purchase price as indicated on the purchase receipt. Refund does include and cost to cover the postage and handling of the product.

9)      Allow thirty (30) working days to receive cheque.  No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.

10)  If a claimant returns an ineligible Sunbeam Product, the Promoter will not be responsible for covering the postage and handling costs associated with returning the product.

11)  Claimants must ensure that all personal details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be responsible for a banking institution rejecting a cheque or any costs associated with locating any lost monies. Claimants must retain a copy of the original purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce a proof of purchase for all claims when requested, may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of ALL of a Claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a cheque. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the national participating retailer of purchase and that the Qualifying Purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to claiming.

12)  Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

13)  If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) disqualify any claimant or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer as appropriate.

14)  Multiple claims permitted subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per product purchase and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.

15)  The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16)  The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17)  Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

18)  The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.

19)  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act or similar consumer protection laws in New Zealand. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

20)  Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) use/redemption of a gift .

21)  The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and gift suppliers. Claim is conditional on providing this information. If the claimant ticks the opt-in box on the claim form, then the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
