Coffee

The steam wand on my coffee machine seems to be blocked. How do I clear the blockage?

With the machine switched off, visually inspect the steam nozzle to see if it is physically blocked (for example, milk may have lodged and solidified in the mouth of the valve).

  • Make sure the water tank/reservoir is all the way in.
  • Place a bowl under the steam wand (and if applicable, under the hot water wand as well).
